THE HILLSIDE RETREAT

This contemporary home takes advantage of the property’s steep slope by creating a cascading terrace and a light-filled lower level. Working with an existing footprint, we extended one wing of the home to create an L-shaped volume that defines the new outdoor area. The primary suite and main entertaining zones are on opposite ends of the floor plate, and both are afforded direct access to this stunning oasis.
